Basic Health Package = $100/$150

· Inbody 770 body composition (Basic)

· Resting HR & Blood pressure

· Sit and reach test

· Cardiorespiratory endurance (Monark cycle or 1 mile walk Test)

· Grip strength

Performance Package = Basic Health Package and (1 + 3) = $250/$350

Choose 1 of the following

· Option A: VO2max (Metabolic cart only)

· Option B: 1 RM max (one test) + Peak power

Choose 3 of the following in addition to above option A or B

· Functional Movement Screen

· Vertical Jump

· Speed Test

· Agility (pick one)

Complete Performance Package (Basic Health & Performance Package + more *): Requires 2-3 sessions = $300/$400

· Height & Body Weight

· InBody 770 Body Composition (Advanced) *

· Resting HR & Blood pressure

· Sit and Reach test

· Functional Movement Screen

· VO2max testing: Metabolic cart or K5 *

· 1 RM (Squat, Bench press, & Deadlift) *

· Grip strength

· Peak Power + Vertical Jump

· Speed Test

· Agility (5-10-5 & 3-cone test) *

Cost of Biomechanical Assessment using 3D motion capture system is subject to time required for assessment. ($60/hour)
